At the core of the conference is an overwhelming desire to break through the stigmas surrounding mental illness that prevent people from seeking help before it is too late. Reducing stigma is everyone’s responsibility.

Coming to you virtually in 2021
As a virtual event, it will be different from previous years with a variety of speakers and presentations ranging from pre-recorded and highly-produced content to live Zoom calls featuring discussions with leaders in mental health. Guests will be granted access to a live video stream where they can engage with and participate in Q&A via a chat window, answer polls in real time, visit virtual sponsor booths, and network with other attendees.
With 2020 behind us, the theme this year is, “Building Resilience and Connecting to Hope in Difficult Times.” Talks at the conference will feature topics such as trauma stewardship, Teen Talks, well-being and the workplace, mental health and diet, plus mental health stories from those in our own Texoma area.
