How We Simplify Mental Health Access in Texoma
Unite Community Partners
We bring together mental health providers, community organizations, and leaders across Texoma to align efforts and strengthen regional collaboration.
Identify Gaps and Improve Coordination
By examining systems, services, and outcomes, we identify gaps in care and help partners coordinate more effectively across the region.
Improve Access to Care
Through collaboration and shared strategy, we strive to reduce barriers and create a clearer understanding for accessible pathways to mental health resources.
Stigma Reduction
We work to change how mental health is understood across Texoma by promoting awareness, education, and community-wide conversations that reduce stigma and support early help-seeking.
L.O.S.S. Team
When someone experiences the loss of a loved one to suicide, no one should have to navigate that grief alone. The Texoma L.O.S.S. Team offers immediate support, connection, and resources to help individuals begin healing.
Access to Care
We strengthen systems and partnerships to make mental health services easier to find, navigate, and access across the Texoma region.
You Don’t Have to Navigate the System Alone

Dr. Jeremy P. McMillen, President, Grayson College
"To build a thriving regional economy, we must first ensure we have a healthy, resilient community. The work of the TBHLT in jail diversion, removing stigma, and increasing access to care is vital to the stability of our region. I am proud to support an organization that is so deeply committed to changing the landscape of mental health in Texoma, ensuring that every citizen has the support they need to connect, commit, and complete their personal and professional goals."

Michelle Lemming, Chief Executive Officer, Texoma Community Foundation
"The Texoma Health Behavioral Health Leadership Team is truly a global model of what it means to work collectively and collaboratively across sectors and disciplines, to create a mentally healthy region. Building prevention, a safety net and a better system of support and care cannot be done by one individual or one organization, it takes a community willing to trust, support, take risk and create action for a better tomorrow."
