This award honors the life and career of Patsy Willingham Phillips Alexius—a dedicated educator, counselor, and advocate who impacted countless lives through her commitment to students and the mental health profession.
Her work extended beyond the classroom—shaping policy, mentoring others, and advancing the counseling profession across Texas.
Recognizes a licensed mental health professional who provides any or all of counseling, therapy, mental health programs, and support in the trenches as a practitioner/clinician and has made a positive impact through the quantity and/or quality of work.
