Job Description
Texoma Medical Center is seeking a licensed Therapist to provide comprehensive behavioral health services, including psychosocial assessments, individualized treatment planning, and individual, family, and group therapy for adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients. Responsibilities include coordinating patient care with multidisciplinary teams, providing case management, overseeing discharge planning, maintaining accurate clinical documentation, and supporting patient participation in treatment. Candidates must hold a master’s degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or a related field and a current Texas LMSW, LCSW, LPCA, or LPC license. Previous inpatient therapy experience is preferred.
