Job Description
The Director of Clinical Services oversees the development, management, and evaluation of inpatient and outpatient behavioral health programs at Texoma Medical Center. Responsibilities include supervising clinical staff, overseeing patient assessments and discharge planning, coordinating daily programming, ensuring regulatory compliance, managing departmental budgets, and developing programs and grant funding opportunities. The director also provides staff training, evaluates employee performance, coordinates schedules, and serves as a liaison among patients, families, healthcare providers, and government agencies. Candidates must hold a master’s degree in a mental health-related field, have at least five years of behavioral health experience (including three years in clinical leadership or management), and possess a current Texas LCSW or LPC license.
